Good for you mate! πŸ‘ I turn 40 this year and keen to get my fitness back up again. It has slipped over the last few years with having a young family plus work commitments. Goals: sub 20mins 5k (current pb: 24mins) and pushing my rock climbing grade. πŸ’ͺ

Great stuff. I shall look forward to following you doing this. I’m a keen cyclist who at 51 is doing way less miles than I used to, so I’ve been looking at increasing that and doing some organised rides again, mainly to get fully fit again. I Once did Brighton to Paris which was such a buzz to do. As you say, individually all doable, but one after the other is a killer!. Hopefully it’ll inspire me to have a fit year. πŸ‘
