Skoda needs a new design against the hot looking Cupra Tavascan..and that’s what they set out to try now. I do hope they will have a more aggressive design against the Cupra EV range. VW EV are too plain looking which Skoda should be brave in their design department.

Skoda Smol should be interesting to say the least, low price, good dealer network and decent reputation, this could bring the fight for europe back to life

I’ve liked what I’ve seen of Skoda’s EVs. Too bad they won’t bring them to this side of the pond. 😕

Skoda will get my attention when they sort out their horrible screen / control systems. The Enyaq is a perfect car for me in terms of size, range and price, but I can’t get on with the controls and that’s just a deal breaker.

Estate! There aren’t enough of them and given that we’ve been a Skoda family for decades (Felicia, then Octavia estate), we’d like to continue in the same vein. It’s just a shame it’ll taken even longer to get them secondhand

Skoda should go global in order for VW to compete with Chinese EVs

I would like the smallest and cheapest one. I realy dislike unnecessary large heavy EV’s that 99% of the time is used to transport 1 person.
And that is what we mostly see on the roads. Status symbols. Why is there a change from ICE to EV in the first place? . . . .Yes, to make transportation more environmentally friendly. You dont get that with all those huge 7 seaters and MPV’s.

I’m interested in the small one, but the id2 looks better to me as I don’t want a fake SUV, just a normal small car.

No danger of a small affordable convertible then.

It’s just a shame that in 2023 the only EVs Skoda sells are overly expensive SUVs. They should have launched with the £23k model

Bit weird that VW is fine with Skoda competing at exactly the same price points as VW. Wish they’d differentiate them more. Like they could’ve tried to get closer to £20k with the ID2 equivalent with a bit less tech/ quality. VW takes the midmarket and Cupra goes premium/ sporty.

Six new cars from Skoda, great. All using the VW ‘old’ MEB platform, not so great. Come on guys, move with the times

Call me what you like because it’s valid but i just can’t get past the fact that it’s still a Skoda! ugh it’s this kind of stupid snobbery that’s gonna come back and bite me one day! lol

I do like an estate. Hope they bring it to market ASAP. But I do wish car designers would get their love affair with massive wheels. They’re unnecessary, increase rolling resistance, decrease fuel efficiency and eat into cabin space.

I went from a BMW to an Audi to a skoda Enyaq and haven’t looked back! Well, that’s not strictly true, being electric, I have in fact looked back at a few BMW’s and Audi’s in the rear view mirror!
Love the Idea of an Estate car but also like the look of the Enyaq🎉 replacement. So impressed with the build and handling of the Enyaq NEVER would have thought I would be a Skoda convert!
