Mg is far better. And due to badge snobbery it will be a used steal

A clear strategy from Chinese government to flood europe with heavly subsidised cars to wipe out europe’s industri and wealth. It’s a no thanks from me.

1:43 in, and hands down would pick the Renault 4, I love it! Really stands out.

How are you supposed to use the centre arm rest with those seats in the 4?

Common Manos…how did the MG footage slip into the ford segment at 17:35 😂 Also, Renault is knocking it out the park just now 👌😎

I love the Renault 5, but I think the Renault 4 doesn’t look great. I would choose for sure the MG

Wish there were rules that meant things that effect efficiency in EVs aren’t only available on higher priced versions

From what I can tell the Ford Puma looks a bit bland but drives the best and has the most boot space. So I think thats the winner for me with what I prefer/need, also think I like it being a bit narrower for driving down country lanes. Range might be a bit of a concern though, need to see how it does on colder days.

When you first said the puma was a best seller I thought really? But then I noticed them everywhere ! Still the fact I didn’t notice them maybe says something, MG not an appealing shape, my vote out of these anyway is the R4 for the retro styling but needs a sun roof.

The boot height of the Renault makes this the only EV I’d actually buy as a main car. It’s essential to me that the dog would go in one of the cars we have, and it’s also essential it would fit on the drive. Renault 4 is the only one in existence that satisfies both requirements (in theory).

Helps that it’s cheap, so 3 year old ones might be reasonably priced.

I don’t know in the UK, but in Spain equalizing equipment, the R4 is 3 or 4000€ more than the base MG, being smaller

I have the Renault Scenic with a quoted range of 378 miles .. which is almost achievable. My first Renault (second EV) and I really like what Renault are doing Their EVs are built from parts sourced in France and close to the factories .. including the Traction Batteries. The biggest thing is it runs on Android Automotive with built in Google Maps .. only contender compared to Tesla … now wouldn’t consider anything without that

Renault doing a great job with its ev range may look at getting one next year so with current ev trends should be at least 7k cheaper in price

Renault had a big advantage. They were able to take the screens, OS, steering wheel , regen paddles etc from Megane Etech. Just a smaller battery and motor. I’ve got Megane, so it all looks very familiar.

18:50 that’s an understatement. Road quality in the UK is an absolute disgrace.
