It’s an interesting point depending on subjectivity, fear, etc

Spot on Ped, thankfully you can spot the AI a mile off….then switch off.

It’s an interesting subject and for me personally I would say it comes down to the way in which it is used as some not all abuse it.

    Do both PED.
Use AI for suggestions, maybe use a lot of them, but always throw in a bit of your own ‘wild card’ element to make it your own.

Walking is the best exercise. Low impact but functions all the counter rotating elements. Breathe like hell and stretch up the core and back to counteract the progressive deterioration due to gravity.

I have been enjoying your content since you started and will continue to watch your real videos and not generated nonsense

Being authentic is the value you bring to your channel. At the moment I can’t stand Ai. Social media hasn’t become better with age, quite the opposite. Far too much rubbish. Making money at what cost? Keep doing what you are doing Peter. You deserve much praise and respect for the growth of the channel.

I switch off AI created YouTube content in the main. I do love a dog walk video and whatever the discussion point of the day is. I’m sure in your previous job you were very good at it as you are able to explain things in a very easy to understand way. I think I will try & use your motivational speech on general fitness & get out on my eMTB again as I don’t like to ride it in the rain and it looks like another 2 weeks of rain in the West of Scotland but hopefully after that it will improve.

Hi Pete. Your comments on health and fitness really resonate with me. Started my journey last year on hitting 56 and it’s been utterly transformative. It’s never too late guys, get on it!

Content, variety, behind the scene/real life = enjoyment. You are never going to get everyone to enjoy every video. Keep it human as much as possible.

When it comes to track driving, I’d like to see more of the technical aspects then watching laps.
For example a pre and post set up lap or info. Something also that’s relatable to spirited driving.
Dude, I turn 54 also. The stress for me is real. I’ve been fit , muscular all my life. But my body does not do what it used to do anymore.

Some years ago I had a discussion with a musician on the subject of originality in music. A point he made was that in essence Western music revolves around 7 basic notes. In some ways there is a limit to what can be done with those notes, that is where original talent comes in. Much the same applies to car reviews, there are so many wheels , ‘such’ an engine, ‘such’ a dashboard, and so on. What is needed is the individual approach, the authors feelings for the car , even if I as a viewer disagree with some of the content. So keep it up. (for reference I an fully an EV driver, but I do have a garage full of well use spanners and memories of old cars I have lain under!)
AS for keeping Fit, give up the Alcohol, except for Special ocassions, and look at your diet. A friend of mine was very well overfed in his job inspecting places of accomodation. He developed Diabetes. After ‘retiring’ I took up skiing at 60, started a complete house demolition and rebuild in my mid 60’s as Brickies Labourer, and stopped visiting the Pub nearly everyday.
Now at 77 I walk several miles every day and cycle (e-bike assisted) frequently. Keep busy and enjoy life, it works for me.
    Edited for typo!

There are too many fake car videos on YouTube. Some do look good though. Great video Pete, I just want to say thanks for the dog walking videos during covid. They helped get me through. 😊

Love the taking the stairs comment on the fitness section. It’s all about 1% changes that compound over the year….taking the stairs, walk to the shops, get a standing desk. Minor changes that all add up.

Keep doing what you do Pete. It’s all about the human emotion that you bring. It’s not about perfection. We want the humour, the mistakes, dogs barking in the background. Your dog walk videos are what got me into your channel, couldn’t see AI suggested a bloke walking his dogs would make great content.

I’m 54 this year Ped, I’ve thrown myself into health & fitness this year

Eating clean, nothing processed, not drank any alcohol and training 4 times a week, weights, core and cardio

Never felt so sharp in years, amazing what it does for the mind

Would love too see you take Ruby to a car meet, either a classic mini show like Himley Hall, or Mini and milkshakes later in the year its an odd video but a great way of showing inside the car community

Review on Porsche 911 991.2 Carrera 4 GTS and the history of the GTS variants would be great if you could do this? Best, Christopher
