The Drive Torque Podcast Crew were invited to the Nurburgring 24 Hour Race by Michelin UK and Manthey Racing. We chose to set our selves a task. We each needed to show up in a car racing in the N24 that was also on Michelin Tyres. We were then set a series of Leading Equipment design Obstacles!

Challenge video. That was my favourite segment of the topgear show so I’m a fan of this style video. I like the format. And the carbon wrap on the gr yaris roof with it being a press car and it being thrashed by you lot is probably to protect the real exposed carbon underneath.

Yaris would be my weapon of choice for a blast but then again I am a hot hatch fan boy. Germany would also be a good destination not only the weather & scenery but the roads are quality as well. I would love to take a drive there as I was always a passenger on my last visit.

Thanks Pete for a great pod. If i had the money for 2 vehicles I would go for the Yaris. That would look great sitting next to my 73 plate rav4 phev. By the way you should be able to change from mph to kph using the controls on the steering wheel. I can on the Rav.

I think i` would have the Yaris as you can push it without the stress of the expence of braking it, and it looks like it would be a whole heap of fun

I’m in the Highlands of Scotland, so the GR Yaris makes the most sense. Smallness, agility and lightness, coupled to 4 wheel drive ✅
