I loves these dog walks Peds 👌👌Please beleive me you are a genuine guy and not your typical YouTuber. You speak to us in a one-on-one basis and beleive me that is the most important thing to all of your genuine subscribers. We love ya, Peds, don`t worry about the accidental negative 👍👍

Didn’t think you needed to respond to that comment. I genuinely enjoy watching your vlogs and your content is always interesting, informative and as this is now your main job you have the right to do vlogs on products that are out of reach for many of us who dream and aspire to own an exotic car and this is our chance to get an experience via your videos. No response required. Move on and keep creating great content. Good luck to you Pete!

The thing is, people need to understand that you have to evolve, especially if you’re in such a competive space as YouTuvbe. I’ve only been followning you for about 3 years and you’re definitely in my top five go-to car channels – regardless of what you review – it’s your integrity, honesty and personality that brings us back each episode!

Thanks for addressing this topic, I’ve gone through this with other creators who became wealthy from patrons and subscribers only to abandon their core values. I’m happy for them (on some level) but often will stop watching because they no longer speak to me and the reality 99.999% of us exist in.

Pete, you get one go on the planet so there is zero need to defend your position. I’ve watched you consistently since your S4 Avant days. Change nothing in terms of your content …… although I must say, even more road trips would be wonderful . Thank you for your “Free of charge” content. You will continue to be watched at my home and on my holidays. Enjoy that Spyder. And finally, continue to have one of the most balanced views on ICE vs EVs from any content creator on YouTube. 👏👏👏

I am one of the original Petrol Ped followers. I remember Pete’s emotional Ferrari Dino drive. Also the Nascar driven up Goodwood hill. I have been to FOS for over 25 years and have seen and sort of bumped into many u tubers. I met Pete last year in the super car paddock. I said hello, he stopped, we actually had a conversation about Lotus garage builds and other things. Pete you were like an old mate. Not ignoring me, not trying to rush off. You were lovely and genuine. We even had a photo .Other people in the public eye should be more like this. Thanks for the memory.

I’ve met many youtuber on press launches and petrol ped is one of the most “real” one. It’s less a double-faced than with others, so that’s very pleasing to see and has my full support.

Ped your daily videos during COVID lockdown were something that personally I looked forward to at a time of so much uncertainty. You’ve worked long and hard to build this channel I continue to watch it for your honest opinions when reviewing whatever car it is.

You’ve worked incredibly hard and taken risks. if you get to drive nice cars and go to interesting places good on you.

Keep it up and continue giving us car enthusiasts dreams to aim for 👍

I think you hit the nail on the head about You tube when you said it is free. I don’t see why people complain when you have to subscribe to see other types of entertainment. It’s your job and you make money, you work hard and therefore you get the rewards. You are nearly at 250,000 subscribers so you must be doing something right. Keep up the good work.

Please Ped, you don’t need to explain anything. You are a genuine and authentic person and your channel has always mirrored your passion of cars and all things motoring. There are some very envious people out there, and in a political age where everyone is supposed to hate themselves and their country, you have never demonstrated any of that ‘entitled’ attitude that you are being accused of. Please ignore the haters, keep doing what you enjoy (and do best) and enjoy life. The majority of your followers enjoy your content, modesty and authenticity. Long may that continue. BTW, your dog’s reaction to you getting ready for a walk mirrors my own dog’s behaviour – it did make me laugh!!

I hate adds with a passion …. so I pay for YT Premium , 80% of my entertainment is YouTube based, so this is how I pay for that. Channel partner adds/integration , as long as they are not trash, is fine, but BS adds would devalue your channel. Great to see your adds are relevant and quality.
    Keep doing you.

Personally speaking, you are more relevant than most Pete. People are ‘entitled’ to their opinion but the British obsession with criticism seems to prevail. Keep up the good work dude! 😃

There’s a lot of work that goes into videos about cars. Just doing reviews, by the time you’ve organised a press car, done your research about the car you’re reviewing, where it sits in the market, who it’s competitors are, who its for and what they’re looking for from such a car, what your audience wants in terms of your opinion. Then to script that, checking it for accuracy, making sure it flows right, then filming, chatting to the passers by who are curious as to what you’re up to and the car you’re reviewing, to then getting back to edit it, posting it to youtube and various other channels. It’s hard graft and you sir are doing a fine job. Keep it up!

    Hey Pete,
I’ve watched you for about 3 yrs now and enjoy your mixed content very much.. your in car footage in your last video at Goodwood in that Lotus Cortina was simply mesmerising and I felt like I was sat in the back with you two.. so thank you for the experiences that I probably won’t get to do myself. I saw you once in your local city, in the early days of watching you, you smiled at me as if saying hello , it took me a few seconds before I clicked where I knew your face from , i would have spoken to you but you had disappeared in the crowd. Thanks for an amazing channel.
