Alfa’s Chief Designer reveals 33 Stradale secrets & how it influenced new Junior, Stelvio & Giulia

Throughout the Goodwood Celebration of Speed I was asked to host a 'walkaround' of the 33 Stradale with Alfa Romeos's Chief Designer, the man accountable for it's design. have let me share this video throughout which Alejandro shares his design tricks and inspiration for the 33 Stradale and how this affects the design of Alfa Romeos's primary stream and trucks such as the Junior, Stelvio and Giulia.

      Yes thanks. We went on the train on Saturday for the day, got there early and left when it closed and saw less than 40 % of the show, met great people and a top day again – roll on next year

    That is the loveliest Alfa since the 8C Competizione! I agree that Alfa need to grab as MUCH inspiration from this machine as they can for the rest of their lineup. Hopefully, it will help them to sell enough SUVs/CUVs to subsidise some more sports cars.

    Lets hope they make a new 4C inspired by this.
    And a small coupe called GTV with a similar front at the Junior.
    I love Alfa Romeo, it is one of my favorite brands.
    Currently looking for a GTV6.
    But not that many to choose from here in Norway.
    I do hope that some of the owners of the original Stradale gets one of these.

    Now that’s an Alfa Romeo! Beautiful from every angle, inside and out. Stunning and no doubt full of sole when you drive it. This colour combo is perfect in my humble opinion. Those petal wheels are just wonderful. Just a rear number plate please. Fabulous!! Did this designer have any part in the design of the centre number plated AR ‘Junior’ EV? Don’t think so?!
