Mercedes GLS review: BIG is BEST?

Compare the very best brand-new & secondhand and truck handle :

Fulfill the upgraded big daddy SUV – the !

has actually provided its biggest SUV a mid-life facelift, and Mat's got his hands on this behemoth to learn what's changed and whether it can compete with the similarity the BMW X7 and Variety Rover!

When it concerns the exterior style … Well, not a whole lot has changed! Around the back, you'll find some of the most obvious fake exhausts in the business, while there's also some upgraded lights and a new bumper. Along the side, the only modifications are brand-new alloy designs, and upfront, the most significant distinction is the huge grille – which is certainly an enhancement on the old model!

Step within and the similarities to the previous gen continue, however luckily it's still a quite elegant location to sit. There's a substantial digital dial screen (with lots of customisation readily available) combined with a big infotainment screen in the centre of the dash. There's a fair little storage throughout the cabin, and the seats are incredibly comfy. What's more, bar a few small locations, basically everything is covered in soft-touch products.

There are four engines to select from with the brand-new . At the start of the range, you can select a 3-litre straight-six turbo fuel or diesel, and these provide 380hp and 370hp respectively. At the top-of-the-range is the AMG 63, which is loading a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can put down 612hp. All automobiles include a 9-speed automated transmission and 4×4.

So it sounds quite excellent, however there's one concern – the starting price is around ₤ 108,000! So is it worth it ?! You'll require to stick to Mat and see for yourself!

This is a demo car, must have been preproduction or hit at some point, there is a whole team that look over every car that leaves the factory. They would NOT have missed that. Could also be someone closed the boot on something and bent the hinges… The misalligned trim on the doors is because its removable. And its not seated correctly, this happens when people pull on it to close and open the door sometimes. Its easy to line back up 🙂
