Jeep Avenger Petrol – Cheapest Jeep is Surprisingly BRILLIANT ! | 4K

I just recently spent a week with the fuel and it turned out to be a real surprise. The least expensive lorry in the range had all the character you would get out of with an extremely prudent little gas engine that still provided an enjoyable driving experience.

Brilliant little SUV and something different to all the usual SUV’s you see on a daily basis.

Do you work for Jeep? ๐Ÿ˜„ There are loads of SuVs in this class, and the Jeep is nowhere near the best

Great review Pete, I like the styling of this car. The one problem with all the Stellantis group cars is the design of that 1.2 litre engine, in that it has a wet belt oil pump, which can be troublesome or even catastrophic at higher mileages! So as a new car under warranty great, second hand with higher mileage is a risk. That aside it look a nice package from Jeep. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž

I was having a look at this Jeep Avenger and I had heard about the wet belt problems, apparently in 2022 they changed to a chain driven system.

The Wrangler is the only real Jeep being made now. CJ5/7/and 8 were real jeeps!!!

No body should be discounting Petrol or modern Dieselโ€™s. Thatโ€™s a great combo from Stelantis and the 1.2 engine is epic.

Great to hear you’ll be traveling up to our fair old City Brum in the new Jeep! Oh and I’m with you on the adaptive cruise control, brilliant for no driving up people’s boots on the open road, relaxing too ๐ŸŽ‰

A good real world review, as always. Thatโ€™s good economy and appears to be quite a capable suv. If I had to chose Iโ€™d go for the Hybrid. All in all an interesting vehicle for sure.

Had one as a hire car in Menorca, we really enjoyed it! I noticed the chap with the telescope on the windscreen, but not the others you pointed out! Quite a lot of character in this car, even down to the indicator noise which is the sound of a drum๐Ÿฅ Great review as always!

In fairness to Jeep, We’ve had a Compass Nighteagle for 4 years now and in that time ive had a 718 Cayman, Ford Mustang and now onto a Supra and the Jeep as our load lugger has been superb, far less hassle than the other 3, we got it with the 5 year factory warranty so when thats up in Nov Im going to consider this Avenger!!!!!!

I think this Jeep is very Mega , I know that’s a word you use a lot , but who cares … I like it because it’s all about respecting the brand and enjoying it , Not forgetting the History behind it ! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ
