    I’ve been thinking of doing that type of floor in my garage in the future. It’s now full of junk but when I get around of doing it, this will be on the list. One of the benefits of this is that the potential moisture can escape, that’s why I’m a bit hesitant of doing epoxy or something like that on an decades old floor. Looks great!

    Wait until you drive a car that has been out and covered in dirt and mud and that falls on the floor see how easy that will clean out of all those little holes

    Also when the car has been out in the rain and it’s wet through and the water drops down on the floor how can it runoff when it’s sat in all those little holes

    Looks good, but how do you keep clean with dust and dirt filling holes? Also if your car drips oil like my classic cars no good at all. Personally, I would choose a smooth surface with a slight non slip grain.

    I was thinking of putting those tiles in my garage the trouble with them as I see every one has dozens of holes in them which will just harbour dirt

    Looks awesome but I know from experience the dirt and water will get under it and you’ll want to lift it up to clean under it especially after a winter.
    Keep up the good work, I’m sure everyone is waiting to see what you do with the automated doors. 👍

    That garage looks so beautiful. Every time you park up, it’ll have a sense of occasion; your cars will have truly ARRIVED when they’re here. Those doors! A tip of the hat to that planning council of yours; I like what they’ve done to this space as well.
    Such a swift and smooth installation, too. Seeing as how at least one of the pups was supervising. success was assured.
    Me? Well…I’d be tempted to spend the night in that place jump to soak it all up. It’s nicer than a number of places I’ve lived in. Fantastic! Mahalo for sharing this very happy occasion with us all!

    It might look all nice and fancy when fitted but give it a while until the dirt and stones fall off the tyres . The stones and dirt will build up through the holes how are you going to clean it unless you lift the flooring back up again. Not very practical on a gravel driveway.
