      The do that a lot. At a time of a re view a car is great but when the new model comes out all of a sudden the old one had terrible ride or steering.

      I’ve had it for a test drive. On highway speeds (130-140km/h) road noise gets quite significant. I thought it was loud, but then I realised it’s just because everything else was so silent. When I went back to my car and drove at the same speeds, I understood that road noise can be drowned by wind and motor noise when you have an ICE car with less acoustic treatment

    At least they have updated that dreadful interior.. That car sold on hype rather than quality and value. I noticed that Teslas generally get an upbeat review even if they are doing the minimum stuff and are exempt from criticisms that befall other brands. For instance if other brands lacked an instrument cluster, had no HUD and climate controls were buried in one screen, they would be lambasted but Teslas are praised for “minimalism”.

    Model Y makes up more than 60% of total Tesla sales. Model Y production line was shut down for a few weeks to retool for the new Model Y Juniper production lines. Tesla was getting rid of the old Model Y inventories before ramping up production for the new Model Y Junipers, hence, the lower monthly sales figures. Although, backlash against Elon may have some effect but not to the extent you were alluding to. Case in point, there were 200,000 orders for the new Model Y Juniper in China, and 8,600 orders for new Teslas in 3 days in Canada.

    Incorporating the famous snow-shelf in front of the headlight design of the Cybertruck is brilliant. The glowing snow in front of the headlights will look pretty at night.
