      yeah, any car could do this using their shitty 12V battery, for VW it’s magic to make it work with stronger battery xd

    Ought to have just called it the Golf. Neo version sounds as if it’s something to do with an Airbus Neo. Wondering if Airbus will be consulting its lawyers ?

    If the fact that you can charge a laptop with your is a major decision maker for what car you buy, you need to give your head a wobble.

    Extra big rims kills the paracticality, maintenance cost, comfort and safty (in bad roads). This extra larg rims trend started by Tesla and everyone blindly copying it!!!! 🤦‍♂️

    ❌ No, in my opinion VW did NOT fix the major deal breaker of the ID.3: it still can’t tow a trailer, not even a small trailer. 🚙🙁

      @sebbbi2

      Skoda Elroq is basically ID.3.5 and can tow and has AWD. Sadly Neo doesn’t have either, even though it is based on the same tech.

      @isaacmanagil3195

      It can use a removable bracket for mounting a bicycle carrier for tow bars (up to 75-kg tow bar load). Not a trailer…

    Original ID.3 also had a pair of USB-C ports in front and back, perfectly capable of charging your laptop.

      @H.K_R

      But not capable of rapid charging a laptop, it would also interfere with the 12v battery system.

    Wow, it’s almost as good as most other EVs now! But still looks cheap.

    You missed the single most important upgrade – removal of the Haptic Touch buttons on the steering wheel. This annoyed me so much I wouldn’t buy the car (or any other VW that had them). Finally back to physical buttons.

    I like it. we have the current ID3 and we’re happy with it, but the real buttons are definitely improved it.
