    The new Super-N promises fake gears, a 94bhp Boost Mode and a sub-£20k starting price – but it only has a range of 128 miles! ⚡🤔

    Would you buy this over a Renault 5?

    A) Yes! It sounds great fun and I only do short journeys anyway! 🏙
    B) No! 128 miles isn’t enough for me, I need more range 🔋
    C) No – I prefer the look of the Renault 5 🇫🇷

    Definitely a Twingo, not R5 rival. It looks a fun car, but if it’s priced around the same as a Twingo, Dolphin Surf etc, I’m sure it will sell. However, seeing it’s smaller than either of these and likely to cost more, will people really pay a premium for a small Honda? Not so sure myself.

      @LaR@LaReynedeNeigeQuite a few less than that now and all bigger cars. Will be good to see one in the flesh and driven as we’re probably changing our small car next year.

      Yes but it will not fall to pieces like the Twingo.

      @madmcadder4536I won’t rule it out to replace our small car next year without seeing it, but initially thoughts are too small for the price.

      Absolutely I will. Its got a bit of poke. Fun hyundai n engine noises and tiny. Its the perfect B road smile car and it might not fall apart like the others

    Looks cool, but it’s coming too late and battery tech sounds like it’s a bit aged. A Twingo or a Renault 5 are definitely better value for money overall.

    With 3 kids I can never own one, but it does look amazing and right up my street otherwise. I would worry about the low road clearance with some of the UK’s potholes though!

    This is the type of car that will be phenomenal when high density solid state batteries become available. Range is just going to be a deal breaker for so many. I’d love this as the second car but I just can’t live with that range. Especially when a used Renault 5/Micra will be the same price.

    i like the charge port on the nose – the R5 with the passenger side port is a pain for me. My home charge parking spot is cramped and the passenger side is right up against a wall.

    ‘Forget the Honda e’? That’s the biggest mistake made by Honda in recent years. They’ll never recover. They could have easily stuck with it, taken advantage of cheaper battery tech and manufacturing, and if they’d done that they would have the hottest small EV right now and would be a market leader. But no.

    3. @AIRDRAC Avatar
      @AIRDRAC

      Honestly I think the biggest mistake with Honda e was marketing. If they had just accepted that the most logical usecase for it was as a fun and somewhat luxurious, yet easily parkable, second car, I think it would have been a smash hit.
