This is the Honda ZR-V!
It beings in the middle of Honda's SUV variety – roomier than the HR-V but smaller sized than the CR-V. The concern is, should you pick it over either of these cars and trucks or perhaps in place of competitors such as a Kia Sportage or Nissan Qashqai?
When it comes to the design, the brand-new ZR-V is significantly various from both the HR-V and CR-V. Up front, it includes a relatively small grille, with vertical slats that offer it a stylish edge, looking fairly comparable to an AMG! There's some black cladding around the wheel arches to help it stand apart, and at the back, there's a sloping roofline and some LED tail lights.
The interior of the cars and truck looks very similar to the Honda Civic – which's no bad thing! There's a reasonable amount of soft-touch products to be discovered, although appearance a little lower and you'll find a few bits of scratchy plastic. Luckily though these can be ignored as the new infotainment system more than makes up for it. This design also features a totally digital dial screen, although entry and mid-range automobiles only feature part digital/part analogUE dials.
When it comes to engine choices, there's only one. It's a 2-litre turbo petrol, which is utilized to power a battery that subsequently powers a motor that drives the front wheels. To be truthful, it's all a bit complex!
The Honda ZR-V range begins with around ₤ 39,000, rising to around ₤ 43,000 for top-of-the-range models. So is it worth it? Or should you consider a Qashqai or Tiguan instead? You'll need to stick to Mat and see on your own!
