I tested it a couple of months ago. Really impressive. Even compared to my Taycan Turbo S facelift and the 992.2 Turbo S

And that is saying something as having driven the 992.2 Turbo S, I have to say it is surely the worlds best daily supercar and is both brutal, sophisticated and comfortable at the same time, its a massive achievement to make an SUV approaching that experience

@AndrewLogan-b1l yes i certainly would not trade my 992.2 Turbo S for the Cayenne Turbo S that´s for sure

Unfortunately Porsche don’t make it very clear that the wireless charging pad needs a 3-phase electricity supply, which most UK homes will not have, and can cost £5,000-15,000 to get them installed depending on your supplier & situation. Oh and £6,677 for the vehicle wireless setup and the charging pad itself. Much easier just to plug it in, not exactly hard is it

The ride quality needs to be sublime given the shitty road surfaces we have to drive on

Thanks for a great review and putting yourself through those g forces. I agree that it’s just a bit too much power for British roads but I can imagine some Euro buyers exploiting this power to the full. By the way, having experienced g forces once in my life, in a glider, I don’t particularly want to experience them again!

this is an incredible car, I have already driven the standard one and its superb and fine even on small roads, I would have got one if I hadnt already got the Macan Turbo EV. It completely craps on the competition SUVs.

Honestly i think my Model 3 is stupid fast for a road car. 1000HP+ seems off the charts insane.
Addressing the dog topic – mine really hates full power in the tesla. And most of my family get sick if i use it more than once.

I’ve just got one. Good video this Ped. Had it 2 days then had to leave it to go to work.
It doesn’t feel as wide as my Taycan that’s just gone.
Mine has 21’’ wheels. The ride is v v good. I didn’t spec it and would have got 22’’s tbh. I’m guessing my wheels would help the ride quality. I wouldn’t have spec`d the Carbon front splitter, mirrors & diffuser that it’s got.
    Is it quick………….er?
Ped puts it and does describe it better than I can…..

No doubt great vehicle…& a great video Pete!!!!
    The rear-end def not pretty
Similar footprint size-wise to G63! (obvs not height-wise)
Def a car that will depreciate wildly as soon as it’s out of the showroom on a delivery day 😂

Had my Turbo 2 weeks now and it’s beautifully accomplished as my daily runabout. Obviously, it’s totally over the top and unnecessary but the performance demands no compromise on the rest of the package. I’m lucky enough to be able to afford it, so why not?

Must be the world’s fastest accelerating mini Schnauzer, seemed perfectly happy too Lol. PS kudos for sharing the actual cost of charging, something which nearly all other EV users seem to be keen to hide from public view for whatever reason! Cheers!

Crazy that they don’t have tiered driving licences like motor bikes😊
