Kia K9 Review – The Best Luxury Car Britain Missed !

Whilst I was recently in Seoul, South Korea for a first drive occasion I seized the day to drive a cars and truck we don't get in the UK but that you see great deals of in Korea. The Kia K9. Their Flagship design with a cool option of engines and great deals of luxury and toys!

    I keep meaning to contact kia UK regarding the use of the retractable or flush door handles. Would you be so kind and respectful and mention this to the powers that be to stop using them or offer traditional handles. As you may recall I’m on my 5th kia since 2007 (I have screenshots and registrations for proof if they needed) and will be hoping to change my 1st gen niro EV for the 2nd gen which has ceased production late last year of the BEV version as I cannot entertain the EV3, 4,5 or 6 as flush door handles aren’t working for the taxi industry. And it would be a shame for me to leave kia for another manufacturer in the future. You could show them this next time you have kia reps close by. Cheers 😢 George

      That would have to go to HMG. Kia UK would have little or no influence 😢

    I’ve always loved the look of big Korean saloons, Kia Magentis, Hyundai Sonata. It’s just a shame that Britain would rather spend more money on something German sigh.

    There’s no point in coming to the UK or Europe. If it doesn’t come from Audi BMW or Mercedes, it won’t sell. When was the last time you saw a Genesis, the sister car to the K9?

    . I remember a mate used to have a Nissan pathfinder and thought he had the biggest one – until I told him I saw a Nissan Armada in US. He was gutted.

    My kind of car, but the fact of the matter is that the majority of people who want an executive saloon in the UK are brand snobs, plain and simple, so it doesn’t make sense for the likes of Kia to engineer such cars for RHD markets like the UK only to sell a tiny number.
