Ford SHUTS DOWN Production In the U.S. Was It Planned? Trump SHOCKED!

On May 17, 2025, Ford Motor Business, a pillar of American industry, stunned the nation by halting production at essential U.S. plants, consisting of Chicago and Michigan, due to President Trump's 25% tariffs on imported parts and cars. Intended to bolster domestic manufacturing, the tariffs instead crippled Ford, predicting a $1.5 billion incomes hit in 2025. Countless employees were sent out home, and communities from Kokomo to Toledo dealt with financial fallout as diners, stores, and providers felt the capture. The North American automobile market, a finely tuned network covering three nations, began to fracture. Ford raised costs on Mexico-made designs like the Mustang Mach-E by $2,000, while halting exports to China, losing an important market. General Motors and Stellantis likewise suffered, with layoffs and idled plants rippling throughout the Midwest. Customers faced a 2.5% spike in cars and truck costs, thinning inventories, and stalled deliveries. Trump called the turmoil "anticipated," firmly insisting business must move production, however the industry cautioned of a million lost sales. Wall Street recoiled, with automobile stocks tumbling. As China retaliated with tariffs, American automobiles grew too expensive abroad. Workers, captured in a political divide, questioned the "America first" promise as jobs vanished. Ford's CEO called it a "fair fight," but the industry braced for a lost years. This gripping legend exposes the high stakes of trade wars, where policy clashes with reality, leaving workers and communities to pay the cost.

That’s odd because the President of the UAW is in favour of tarrifs because he said it would increase production in the U.S. looks like the membership needs to vote that guy out.

People that voted for him will still support him even if they become homeless. They can’t and don’t think for themselves. If they do, they’ll still support him anyways just cause they’re too closed-minded & prideful to not stand their ground. They’ll die to prove a point no matter how much they suffer & no matter how much they know deep down that they’re wrong and made a bad choice to vote for him.

The new Hyundai Metaplant in Georgia, the one Trump used to boast that his tariff is working just last month, is currently operational with only 880 employees. Everything is built with robots. Everyone’s going automation and Trump is trying so hard to bring back manual labor. The idea itself is a comedy.
