Xiaomi SU7 Ultra v Tesla Model S Plaid: DRAG RACE

Our merch store is now LIVE:

It's time for a China vs USA face-off!

We've got our hands on a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, and it's going up against a Tesla Design S Plaid! It's the very first time we've featured a Xiaomi on this channel, but does it have what it takes to lower the magnificent Tesla? Let's have a look at the statistics …

To begin with, we have the Xiaomi. It's powered by 3 electrical motors, and these combine to produce an unbelievable 1,548 hp and 1,770 Nm of torque. It features all-wheel drive, and it weighs in at a pretty heavy 2,360 kg. In regards to price, it costs ¥ 529,900, which is the equivalent of simply ₤ 55,000!

Next up, it's the Tesla. It's geared up with three electric motors – one on the front axle, and two on the rear. Integrated, they produce an almighty 1,020 hp and 1,420 Nm of torque. Naturally, the motors and batteries weigh it down a bit, so it tips the scales at 2,190 kg. In regards to rate, you can choose one up brand-new for ₤ 113,000.

So the Xiaomi is up on power, however it's also up on weight! So does it have what it requires to fall the mighty Tesla? There's just one method to learn for sure … LET'S RACE!
