Mat's flown over to Copenhagen for a chance to have a special look at an all-new hypercar – the Koenigsegg Sadair's Spear!
It's based on the Jesko platform, but it's been totally upgraded to make it the most hardcore Koenigsegg ever produced! So just what's changed?
Beginning with the exterior, there's no rejecting it looks more aggressive than the Jesko Attack! There's now an absolutely huge rear wing, a new rear end with a new diffuser, along with a brand-new underbody. It's likewise longer than the basic Jesko Attack, while there's also a set of new tail lights around the back, too.
There's a big splitter at the front, some winglets to help direct air down the side of the car, along with a duct similar to on an F1 car! New turbine style, carbon fiber wheels have also been included.
It ought to come as not a surprise that the ECU of the 5-litre twin-turbo V8 has been modified. As a result, the Sadair's Spear can now provide 1,625 hp (when running on E85), and it can hit 0-60mph in just 2.6 seconds – an insane task provided the power is sent to the rear wheels just! It has a power-to-weight ratio of 1,173 hp/tonne – the best of any road-legal hypercar (yes, this is actually roadway legal!) worldwide!
The Sadair's Spear is limited to just 30 systems, and naturally, it's already sold out. The question is, is this formally the best hypercar on the planet? Or would you select something else? Let us understand in the remarks!
