I COLD START and REV straight-piped Hypercars

Thanks to GVE London for giving us access to their display room:

All of us know that supercars come jam-packed filled with massive engines and high performance figures. But viewing as everyone knows that, we have actually decided to reveal you some features from some of the most popular supercars that may not be so apparent to the naked eye!

For instance, did you know that the McLaren P1 features 3 cup holders, despite there only being two seats? Or how about that truth that the Bugatti Veyron has 2 concealed exhausts below the automobile? Or better yet, did you know the includes airbags in the seatbelts ?!

Well, wonder no more! Mat's signed up with the team at GVE London to run through 50 of the coolest (and weirdest!) lesser known supercar functions. The question is, which of the in this video is your favourite? Let us know in the remarks!

I think we can all agree carwow has really been stepping up in the types of content. I love these exquisite car museum videos showing off some of the rarest and coolest cars known to this day. How cool would it be if you were allowed to use some of the cars to do even crazier drag races than what you are already doing now. Have to say, Mat sitting in any car ups its value by a few grand!

Fun fact:The Lexus LFA was originally left hand drive car, so the spoiler button is on the current side, when they switched the steering wheel they didn’t want to pay to switch the button, therefore deciding to keep it in its original position

the washer filler next to the fuel in the LFA is genius! Not sure about everywhere else in the world, but in Australia petrol stations have water jugs you can use to fill that sort of thing. Having it next to the fuel A) reminds you it needs filling and B) makes it easy to do at the petrol station.

LFA is such a legend like P1.

    2. EcripArts Avatar
      EcripArts

In some parts of the world, you’ll need antifreeze mixed in there, otherwise you’ll end up having problems when winter hits. Plus, many cars nowadays let you know when your wiper fluid level is low, so it really isn’t needed.

Pretty sure that isn’t the reason they did it though

    5. Cesar Casas Avatar
      Cesar Casas

@Rezcuz Lexus did it for weight distribution as the engine is mounted on the front, and they had to put all the possible weight on the back to keep it balanced.

Back in the days, when I was a kid hahaha, my mother bought me a replica of this exact Enzo Ferrari, scaled 1/25 if i remember correctly, every body part of the char was fonctional, doors, hood, back hood as well, the stearing wheel was working very well and it came in a beautiful display, but we got rubbed and it was part of the things they took 🙁

people finally understood the real value of the LFA and how legendary it is
reminds me of jeremy clarkson when he made fun about it and the price tag when it was launched until he drove it and it became the best car he ever drove
and jeremy did drive every car u could think of

The placement of the washing liquid on the LFA i would say that is very well though. Most people put washing liquid when they fill up , plus you don’t need to open the hood or to spill everywhere , as it seems much easier to pour there.

Carwow’s videos could reach new heights by including acceleration metrics like 100-200 km/h and 60-130 mph. These figures would add an exciting dimension to their content, enhancing the overall experience for enthusiasts and viewers alike.

2:51 It actually makes more sense to put it there. Instead of having to pop the hood open like in most cars, you can just easily access it right next to the fuel cap.

    1. Kenny Simbayi Avatar
      Kenny Simbayi

was about to say the same thing… whats easier to access and if you at a gas station on a road trip the attendant or you can top it up as you top up the car
