-
q7 w12 tdi

-
Honestly I have managed to live with it.
-
Do you have a choice?; Unless you wrap it.
-
@adityasundar324 nope I just keep a cloth in the car and the amazing thing is that is not badly scratched even after 6 years
-
-
It’s not that it looks bad it’s the fact that it’s the cheapest crap they could use and everybody knows it. Plus endless scratches.
-
And fingerprints. Many many fingerprints.
-
Piano black is basically fancy name for Chinese molded crap
-
@@Brenden-bj9mn What car do you own?

My A4 from 2018 don’t have it…win, win
-
My 2019 didn’t either but 2025 does. I miss my 2019 A4. Got hit and totaled.
-
@lm1314 😥
-
Luckily my 2025 one doesn’t have it
-
@Dogappel lucky! I put PPE on mine to try to protect. I like a lot on my 2019 better than 2025.

-
I hate the cheap crappy looking plastic and screens now
-
Yes, it sucks and it’s getting worse! Shows dust and scratches and is also reflective! ugh.
-
Take a look in the mazda c-60 there is also no piano black plastic
-
I made sure to get my console protected with PPE. I hope it does the job.
-
Even the German luxury cars are nothing but full of TV screens. Gone are the days of beautiful dashboard designs.
-
This is a serious consideration point for my next car, have a 2024 golf GTE and its full of this piano black crap.
Never have I hated a car interior so much when I sit inside the car, everything gets scratched by just touching it..
-
So the alternative is kitchen brown vinyl😂
-
Wood was for the 60’s get over it.
-
Did Mercedes ever not use it?
-
My 2020 mercs black plastic is basically fully scratches at this point.
-
Some of us are not nostalgic about deforestation, or the semblance thereof. 😂
-
Whenever I don’t like the interior, I just customize it to my liking whether, carbon fiber or otherwise… Did it to our Lexus, BMW and Honda.
-
I must admit, I really like the fake wood on the booth floor
-
That was real wood, it was an exclusive model that cost an extra 100k.
-
-
Piano black plastic for car interiors is totally unsuitable though it’s cheap for manufacturers to use, they are laughing all the way to the bank!
-
*Isn’t “piano black plastic” just a fancy name for “dust magnet”?*
-
HATE that glossy plastic in the cars‼️🤮
