It's time for an Audi vs Audi drag race!
Mat's brought along his new long-term test vehicle, the Audi RS7 Performance, and he's racing it against an Audi RS3! But this is no regular RS3 – it's had an ECU remap and a recalibrated gearbox, and it simply may have what it takes to compete with the RS7!
So let's take a look at the statistics. Beginning with the RS3, it's geared up with a 2.5-litre 5-cylinder turbo. This would generally produce 400hp and 480Nm of torque, but following the tune it can now produce 500hp and 630Nm! It only weighs in at 1,510 kg, and it costs around ₤ 30,000.
Then we have the RS7. It loads a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, producing 630hp and 850Nm of torque. This power is sent to all four wheels, and it weighs much more than the RS3, tipping the scales at 2,065 kg! It's also a lot more expensive, costing around ₤ 133,000!
