It's time for a Lamborghini vs BMW face-off!

We've got Mat in his BMW M5 Touring, and it's taking on a Lamborghini Urus! The question is, will this substantial hybrid have what it requires to bring down the Lamborghini over the quarter-mile? Let's take a more detailed look at the stats …

Starting with the BMW, it's powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 paired with an electric motor. Combined, they produce 727hp and 1,000 Nm, and this power is sent out to all 4 wheels through an 8-speed automatic gearbox. It costs ₤ 116,160, and it pointers the scales at 2,475 kg!

Then we have the Lamborghini. It's powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, and this puts down 650hp and 850Nm! It comes geared up with all-wheel drive, and it costs ₤ 172,500. What's more, despite being an SUV, it's a reasonable bit lighter than the BMW, weighing in at 2,200 kg!

So the BMW is up on power, however will the extra 300kg help the Urus snatch the win? There's only one way to discover … LET'S RACE!

      ​@6god141Fanboy for whoever you want, but that’s just a baseless generalization which does not add any information. There was a time where Audi, BMW and Mercedes kept on topping each other on horse power when it came to their mid-size sport trims. Up to where Audi put a V10 into a wagon. That’s competition and that made following the developments in the cars interesting. Winning against each other at DTM, Le Mans etc. is competition, too.
