   You could actually say the drop on the left hand side is when all the pundits were deriding Toyota for dilly-dallying over BEVs when everyone and their dog was rushing to get one to the market. And on the right was when the consumer spoke by hedging their bets and jumping on the hybrid/phev bandwagon.
