My EV has 2 glycol cooling loops, one for the batteries and one for the electric motors. That means that while driving heat from the motors can be used to warm up the batteries or the cabin. Another way to conserve energy and make an EV more efficient.

Boring old comments showing complete ignorance – you are 20+ times safer from fire in an EV than an ICE vehicle, both from the car catching fire and you being injured / dying.

Yes they do. Expect to almost half the distance in the cold.
What crap…. 1/2 the distance LOL ….I have a 2023RWD Tesla Model 3 with a heat pump and just come out of winter in Australia the morning temperatures averaged -5C to 0C, the efficiency and range is about 10% less than spring now when the days are 20-30C
