I love the interior. Proper tactile interfaces, clear and intuitive dials that bring 80s Braun alarm clocks to mind, space and comfort, and neat grab handles too. The exterior is a victim of the layout, proportion-wise, but there are styling cues I recognise from Ferraris of old, and I don’t just mean the tail lights. I like the swoopy glass house. It just lacks a bit of tension, unlike the still-born Lamborghini Lanzador, which looked much better than the Urus abomination or even the terrible Purosangue. My biggest misgivings are about battery layout and chemistry. If I was Ferrari, I would have waited another couple of years to bring a 1700 kg solid state BEV out, or an electric car with an internal combustion power generator. And I was hoping for something sleeker like the Jag Type 01 or the Taycan.

7 years for an iPhone on wheels 😂😂😂😂. The Jaguar type 001 is way better looking despite the bad marketing. There isn’t a single new piece of tech on this car. Everything has already been done. Hyundai did the fake noises, Tesla did the 0-60 times, Lucid did the fancy style and tech, Jaguar did ugly design. Ferrari should get decent designers if they want to revolutionize.

It’s a Ferrari on the inside with the performance of a super car. The exterior at the front though is a ‘new style direction’.

I absolutely love the design of this car, and it really makes me mourn what could’ve been for the cancelled Apple Car. But the crux is this: it doesn’t look like a Ferrari

Did they do any focus group studies? It’s not a bad exterior design if it was competing at the $100-150k range to bring young rich people into Ferrari but at the asking price, it is not nearly exciting or beautiful enough.
