Bugatti Chiron SS v 1,800hp Lambo Huracan: DRAG RACE

The is BACK, and it's taking on against 2 mighty competitors!

Over on the far side of the track we have actually restored the insane twin-turbo Lambo Huracan, and in between the 2 we have actually got an all-electric rally cars and truck!

Why? Well, since we can – that's why!

So let's see how the 3 compare. Starting with the Bugatti, it's powered by an unbelievable 8-litre quad-turbo W16 that pumps out 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque. It sends out power to all 4 wheels by means of a 7-speed dual-clutch automated transmission, and it suggestions the scales at 1,995 kg. There have just been 30 ever constructed, so as an outcome, it's pretty costly, costing around ₤ 4,000,000 !!

Next up we have the Lambo, and it's had a whole load of work done to it, consisting of a completely constructed engine and transmission! As an outcome, the 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10 can produce 1,800 hp (although today it'll be performing at 1,600 hp) and 1,500 Nm! What's more, it's a lot lighter than the Bugatti, weighing simply 1,650 kg!

And after that finally we have the WRX rally vehicle! It's just powered by a 2-litre 4 cylinder turbo engine, but it still puts down an extraordinary 600hp and 1,000 Nm! What's more, it's easily the lightest here, tipping the scales at simply 1,300 kg!

So will the Bugatti damage the competition? Or could the rally vehicle or Lambo nab it? There's only one method to discover … LET'S RACE!

      It seems odd to have your engine slaved to a GPS signal. That was on an airfield and no trees etc either. I’m sure there is a good explanation that I am too dumb to work out.

      @cjJohnson it’s not that weird of a feature. Cars estimate their speed using multiple sources (e.g. estimated wheel speed, GPS, current gear combined with current engine RPMs…). If one of these isn’t consistent with the others, then the whole system goes into limp-in mode because a failure may have occurred 🙂

      All the cars was epic and imagine considering how many power the lambo and the Bugatti has compared to the mini rally car, and it still did a 10.4 time that was pretty impressive.

      @davo the great The owner said that the gps is helping the car put the power down by using actual vehicle speed. He also mentioned that when they disabled gps the car was all over the place.

      @Antonis still should be able to turn the gps off without affecting power. Must be the tune. The lambo makes 1600hp not 3000hp.

      First you need a old GT-R for it to be manual, second no one on this channel knows how to use a manual. Third, the 1600hp GT-R they once brought would probably nuke that lambo.
