I hope we see more long range plugin hybrids from non premium brands. New Mercedes system of 60 mile range seems perfect. Just that cars are too expensive for most. Rav4 prime is great but one model. Rest are mediocre efforts more or less.

I think the EX30 is going to be priced like the Equinox and maybe the Kona EV. It is smaller but may be the hot hatch to get in these times! 🙂 I bet the rear vents cost way more they we think. Just to add a new part numbers without even making and purchasing it costs quite a bit of money.

I saw one person ask about EV sales. They are going great. It is just that production ramped up at multiple companies at the same time. August EV sales topped 100k for the month. 2021 was like 335k or something for the entire year! Dead sedan, I say the S60 but Legacy does make sense also! Hornet and Tonale look like a fail from a price vs size perspective. They are too small for most families and priced to high for most young singles.
