2027 Chevrolet Bolt First Look | Cheap Is Back! #Chevy #ChevyBolt #Bolt #BoltEV #cheapandcheerful

With an MSRP, consisting of destination, under $30,000 WITHOUT tax credits, the Bolt is back and it's formally America's least pricey electric runabout. However there's a twist, this isn't an all-new Bolt as some had presumed, instead it's the old Bolt EUV with a few styling tweaks on the outdoors and an Ultium heart transplant. Under the hood we get the 210 horse power motor from the Equinox EV, while the battery is a brand-new LFP pack that we expect to see in other Ultium vehicles with time. GM also implanted the Google based infotainment and electronic devices into the cabin with bigger screens than in the past. Coming "later" will even be GM' c Supercruise system, however we're not sure which version it will be. If you may remember, the last Botl EUV had Supercruise, however it was a prior generation of GM's self-steering system. While the brand-new Bolt damages the Nissan Leaf by a bit, it's not a substantial quantity and you do get more room and more range in the Nissan. Offers? It'll stay to be seen who puts more cash on the hood …

That computer fan on the inverter looks so out of place. There’s nothing wrong with it and I’m sure it works well, just surprised to see such a baby fan in an engine bay.

That was a 12V charger so the 12V battery didn’t die while it was parked.

Love my older Bolt, and would love to upgrade to this. But no CarPlay makes this a no-go unfortunately.

Doesn’t look like much has changed, which I guess is a good thing. It’s a good car as is. Though I’m a little underwhelmed.

Seems competent and competitive but uninspiring. The Leaf is more interesting.

I think pricing is on point.. I think this should be a winner for them.
