Meanwhile, I think the same thing about a fastback. When it’s raining, I can’t see a thing out the back. Good ol GM sports cars minimal visibility for you I guess.

More to the point, why do they make the cheaper versions , the ones without a wiper, with a one piece back seat? You pay more for the better bits but they have to have two manufacturing lines to do it. Just make them all the same, to a certain extent, and save expense and simplify things.

Why don’t they put wipers on side mirrors, along with dark covers for blinding sun light?

Because visibility through the rear window in a tall coupe-shaped car is useless anyway when parking. So they put a camera for you. But there’s no camera wiper either.

Because it became useless on modern cars, we all use the rear camera now
Also a wiper looks ugly.
Some are going to disagree, I bet they still make fire with stones, it’s time to live with your time ❤
