Cause it’s Italian. As a rich Italian you don’t drink water. You buy an espresso in those tiny paper cups. There’s 4 holders so you can have a drink for the next 20 miles until the next gas station espresso stop

Because in italy we use 500 ml bottles wich are smaller

But they are not selling Maserati only in italy.
They should have made one smaller and the other one bigger.

They are made for the 0,5litres water bottles. Here in Italy we use mostly 0,5l plastic bottles or reusable flasks, it’s not common to see people carrying around 0,75l or even 1l bottles.

0.5 ml water bottle is a joke !

@David if you drop them down, you do not spill that much out as with an 1l bottle.

They are perfect for the half liter plastic water bottles we use here in Italy. Some highway services started selling the bigger ones here too. Maybe our cars will adapt in the future. Or maybe not.
For sure we will mumble a lot in the process.
