It’s about one chip! Not the hole bag!

Or any Mclaren

Sulla 720s ci passa un pacco di Pringles

At the end of the day does panel cap even matters
-
Yes.
-
It’s an industry standard measure of body build quality. As I’m sure you’re aware the knock against Tesla is that it’s very high end technology in a very poorly made “car”.
-
When you get wind noise yeah

@@ATH_Berkshire okay gotcha

@@ATH_BerkshireRight along with BMW apparently. Funny you didn’t mention that. Another koolaid drunk.

Now try the tesla cybertruck 💀

He will need a cheese burger for that

It’s about consistency more than size
-
That’s what she said!😂
-
Thats what she said

@@andrewfossatti4937 FFS! LOL

Exactly. No me cares if one gap is 1mm different between the brands. Consistency is key. That’s where Tesla fails in many areas including paint.
-
@@wethomas3 It’s to be expected since they’re one of the newer brands. It’s still impressive that a newer brand than most other brands out there is already competing with super cars and are some of the safest cars out there.

And the question on everyone’s lips:
What became of the mini cheddar?!
-
Looks good. They took it serious this time. They did a good job with the new 3
-
Finally a non-Tesla hater!
I never really understood why all this hate..

@@Viraaj_Gamer1KSP_true they hate at Tesla is totally unnecessary at all

I try not to flow with the tides of the social media algorithm. Sad people are that so easily influenced.
-
Agreed, BMW did a good job on new 3 series 😂
-
@@GlitterGuru 😆good catch. I actually hate the design of the new 3 and 4. Sorry. Life long bmw owner and fan. They really are going through a bangle moment again

-
Ched-darnit you almost lost it in that Tesla
-
Ahh yes, the best precision tool for measurements
-
Isn’t it about panels not being aligned or gaps starting small and ending big and the other way around? It’s not about how big they are.
-
Yes exactly
-
-
I so bet mat eat that cheddar after that 😂.
-
Panel gap is overrated
-
Now do a lexus
-
That is honestly EXACTLY how they do it on the production line
-
I trived on my Tesla 3 2021.
Lost the whole bag of chips some where, and can’t find it. I can hear it crumbling though, but can’t find it. 🤣🤣

Telsa vs McLaren panel gap test next
-
I read gap test and thought one car was going to gap the other 😂
-
This reminded of an old joke from the soviet time. When the German manufacturers want to test the seal of a new car, they close a cat inside for a day and if the next day it suffocated inside and died, the car passes. Russian manufacturers put a cat inside and if by the next day the cat hadn’t escaped, the car passes. Now replace the Russian cars with Tesla and it’s pretty much the same, although for a lot more money.
-
The different manufacturing tolerance is the main reason behind these visible major differences in quality. The Tesla shown here obviously has bigger tolerances compared to the BMW. The size of the gap doesn’t matter at all. It would only allow for bigger tolerances. You also can’t really say that Tesla didn’t do their homework, as the chosen tolerances are sufficient. And as most of their customers (e.g. North American market) don’t care, they decided to cut costs here and spend the money on other features.
