The all-new Hyundai IONIQ 5 N is BACK, and this time it's handling the almighty AMG GT!
So how do the 2 compare? Well starting with the Hyundai, it's powered by two electric motors which integrate to produce an incredible 650hp and 740Nm of torque. Given the two motors it features four-wheel drive, however the large battery contributes to the weight, indicating it pointers the scales at 2,235 kg! However, all that power comes fairly low-cost, with the IONIQ 5 N starting from ₤ 65,000.
Then we concern the AMG. It's powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can produce 585hp and 800Nm of torque. Power is sent to all 4 wheels by means of a 9-speed automated gearbox, and it can be found in a bit lighter than the IONIQ, weighing in at 2,130 kg. However, it is a lot more pricey than the Hyundai, costing around ₤ 165,000!
