Can Ferrari beat the FASTEST LAMBO EVER? DRAG RACE

It's time for the all-new Lamborghini Temerario to take on the Ferrari 296 in a drag race, rolling race & brake test!

We have actually got our hands on Lamborghini's Huracan replacement, and it's going up against among its key competitors – the Ferrari 296! The concern is, will the three motors in the Lamborghini show it's just too powerful for the Ferrari to keep up?

Let's take a better look at the stats …

The Temerario is powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, coupled with 3 electrical motors. Integrated, they produce an almighty 920hp and 730Nm, and it suggestions the scales at 1,790 kg. As new, it costs ₤ 259,567.

As for the 296, it's powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo V6 combined with an electrical motor. The 2 combine to produce 830hp and 740Nm, with this power sent to the rear wheels just! It weighs in at 1,558 kg, and as brand-new, it costs ₤ 259,575.

So how will this one play out – will the Temerario escape to triumph? Or could the Ferrari take it? There's only one way to find out for sure … LET'S RACE!

      @dream1513 the repeated gear engagement / disengagement keeps altering the engine braking forces applied to the driving wheel may upset the ABS function. Why are you so sure that it must be helpful to the braking performance?

      Yes ofcourse they are. This video 100% didn’t do the temmy justice, Matt flubbed all his launches and they let Mark get away with jumps. I suspect the Ferrari was meant to “win this video”

      NA is weak on low speed that’s why it loses whereas the turbo likes the low speed, but in the far stretch the NA would eventually gain speed and catch up.

      Actually the Temerário was wrongly in the Hybrid mode and not in the Performance mode, that is why people thought the 296 beat the Temerário.

      911 992 Turbo S is probably better in launch from standstill but still it’s an improvement for Lamborghini from their Huracan and Aventador that always bog down when launching

      I can tell you it scared the crap out of me when I hit it from a stop not even in launch mode. Sport- performance- auto…..I look down and im at 80 in a couple seconds and had to manually shift gears to stop the madness. It held tight and straight but it is insane.
