    Having sat in one of these, I have to say the interior is way nicer than a VW ID4…… Skoda doubters and badge snobs would be blown away by this car..

      Skoda at its inception was a premium brand, your point is correct I had a Skoda for three months hire in Germany whilst working, it was noticeably better in perceived quality than VW and Seat

      It can certainly be brand snobbery in some cases. For my part, I can’t handle the Enyaq’s exterior. Therefore it became an ID.4 which I have now driven problem-free for 3 years. Came from a Superb.

      Not just that. VW cars are full of that shitty piano black interior trim. Skoda barely have any in this Enyaq, which is amazing!

      Škoda imported the old Felicia in the 1960s and it was a flop which ultimately killed any efforts for six decades. But Skoda was exporting quite a lot to the UK during communism, the most competitive mass market cars from the Soviet bloc. For a cool American review of the 1980s model that inspired all British car jokes, search for the video… Skoda 120 GLS Is One Of The Best Soviet

    @XENONEZZ2

    If you’re a Skoda fan and want to go electric I’d say wait until next year for the brand new models set to launch …the Enyaq is a good car but next years models promise cutting edge tech and probably a lot more range too.
    And I really must take issue with this review….4 wheel drive adding £4000 to the cost isn’t excessive if you consider the fact that the new power upgrade will then be able to be used fully and smoothly where conditions allow. Also just the fact that in wintry weather this large car will be much more sure footed with 4 wheel drive ….no way would I pay all that cash for the 2 wheel drive version with nearly 300hp……or over 300hp for the VRS.
