@MegaUnavailableusern it definitely can reach the 530km/h top speed they just don’t got the tires to do it and its not even an excuse we can clearly see that the BYD is capable of doing wayy more than 503kmh like at least 530km/h but the driver refuses to floor it more because past 500kmh it start to get very dangerous and unpredictable and tires have never been tested out a those enormous speed so anything can happen

Seriously. They’ve been getting better and better with each run, maybe in a year or two we’ll see this car breach 550-600 because I’m sure it could. Considering this is a public road, along with other factors that make it difficult and unstable to reach those speeds, this has looked solid so far.

I never did care, you ruin a car if your aero allows you to break 180 ish mph, I’d rather have a car that can brake and turn quickly. It’s always been about average speeds for me, which is why I love my 250bhp mini r53, it’s not fast at all for top end , but try hanging with it after two turns, you’ll be a sliding wide, hammering the brakes , spinning on the exit .Top speed cars are one trick ponies.

Its probably just a slow lift the shave off the worst… the air is pushing so hard so you dont want or need brakes. And then there is the “engine” braking.

@Raktax they had did this test a few days ago with this exact car(well same model) and it had crashed at 450kmh(I believe that’s around 270 mph?)
