That’s at 59% battery too,it will probs clock 10.6-10.7 on a full battery and that’s faster than Bmws entire lineup of performance cars 😭…Good work Hyundai!

Any company can spend a bunch of money and build something with 650 horsepower

How the range goes down the same time 😂. Impressive acceleration though.

It’s the same on a combustion car… if you have a supercar and push them to the limits, the range will also drop a lot because of the need of more fuel in that particular moment

      500m consumed 5km of range 😮

@RahulSingh86 estimated range. If you drive normally it’ll slow down or even tick up. Combustion cars do the same as they also calculate your estimated range based on current/recent driving

Under 3 seconds for 0-100… That’s ridiculously fast for a Hyundai!

And then it’s broken and you get to know your local dealership’s shop manager very well until you punt it just before warranty expires.

Good job Hyundai has a 5 year transferable warranty and also allow you to use your car for track days without invalidating your warranty

The car is just too heavy though. It’s many hundreds of pounds heavier than Teslas. Then there’s the ICCU failures…

AI Overview +11 In recent years, BMW has surprisingly outranked Hyundai in major brand reliability studies. While conventional wisdom places mainstream brands ahead of luxury European marques, Consumer Reports ranked BMW near the very top of its overall brand reliability rankings (securing the #2 spot globally), whereas Hyundai hovered closer to the middle of the pack.

Back in 1975, (I was born 5 yrs later) when we saw the very first Hyundai Pony (By the way) came out, the world laughed at Korean “trying” to get in to the market… 50yrs later… who’s laughing now?

They owed you a 10 second car 😅 to anybody that never understood that quote, it means a car that can do the standard quarter mile in 10 seconds or less.

Many of us have already owned fast, all-torque electric cars at one time, unbeknownst to us. I’ve had my share of electric track racing cars. Push down on the controller button too fast …🏎️💨, the car flew off the track! (Electric motor mated directly to the axle.) It’s a grownup toy now…
