WTF Not for cooking, it’s just for keeping already cooked food warm i.e. take away.

@Neojhunbut as a trained chef of over 50 years you have to keep cooked food over 65 c otherwise germs will start invading the food it has to be over 65c or under 5c , a lot of people donโt know it and then wonder why they get food poisoning from hot food ๐๐ ps check the NHS web site ๐
