To the people that say volvo is chinese rubbish, it’s the other way around. Yes, Geely owns Volvo, but they use Volvos technology in their cars, not the other way round.

Nobody will actually use it though, kids will just leap out and dump the buckle!-
It’s for when you fold the seat so the belt doesn’t get in the way or get trapped when you bring the seat back up.
