I will be at Harpenden’s ‘Classics on the Common’ next Wednesday. Really looking forward to it!

Enjoyed Goodwood this year travelling down on the Thursday from Dunfermline, Scotland in the motorhome. Managed to arrive at 1600 on the Thursday and enjoy a few sunny hours. Got soaked on the Friday, walked to Chichester on Saturday, had a pub crawl and Sunday was awesome! 👌 Currently recovering now on a family holiday in Pitlochry. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Nice! I attended on Sunday for my first time and really enjoyed it. Got tonnes of great photos too for good measure. 👌🏻

Yes,you have to feel for Nick De Vries,a real shame but F1 is such a ruthless sport. The piranha club as Ron Dennis once called it.On the upside it will be good to see Daniel back.Hope he does well.Friday sounds good and already looking forward to the next Drive Torque podcast.

Looking forward to Sunday if it all comes together visiting Waxstock the detailing show in Coventry just a 10 hour return trip drive. Goodwood was good and to get a live feed from sky sports on YouTube was brilliant for those of us up North.

Great vid as always Pete. My next decent event is Italian car Day at BMM Gaydon on Sep 16th and it should be a good one. Ill be taking the Abarth and we usually get a healthy turnout from the various owners clubs.

Good Afternoon All!! Sorry I was unable to fight for LOTP. Currently over in Toronto, Canada. Hope everyone is doing well and are having a great week so far. Next automotive event wise I’m not quite sure. But we will see.

Bit of a break now, unless something last minute crops up, the next car event will be BTCC final rounds at Brands Hatch in October

Nice that you started with the Goodwood news outside the 180. Thinking Supercars at Beaulieu as a day out in August as it’s been a while

I spoke to Albert Beerman at FOS. Told him about my i20N and they should do a ioniq6 N but he didn’t leak anything. Then I left him to buy his ice cream.

FOS was epic as usual, despite the rain. Was pretty wet when we saw you 😂. My top 3 cars of FOS. The Ionia N, That yellow Cayman GTS on the Porsche stand, and I was well impressed with the Land Rover defenders. They looked incredible. I’d rather that than a full rangey.

    Hi Ped
FOS excellent, my sympathy goes out to Saturday ticket holders, but it was the right and only decision in the circumstances . Next event British Hill Climb Championship comes to Wiscombe Park in Devon, beautiful venue, and the Run Off always a highlight, and shows hill climbing at its best. Then Revival @ Goodwood, hope we can meet up.😉

600 mile round trip to sleep in a field for 2 nights. Only Saturday tickets this year. Completely gutted. However, had one of the best currys I’ve ever had in Chichester Thursday night. Will be booking there next year now I’ve rolled over our tickets. 12 months and counting 😁

We were on a cruise with NCL and the ship got blown off its mooring at Zeebrugge . It got hit with a 45 knot gust of wind and it snapped all its mooring lines and the ship drifted off port taking the gangways with it. It was so lucky no one got killed .

Pete, British Motor Show over in Farnborough 17-20 August. Bought our VIP tickets (Brother, Me and Son) months ago. Cracking show, you should consider going. Moggie is there with all his latest stuff normally.
