1. Now ID software looks for update every 7 days. Some OTA update fixes has been applied. Update duration will be longer than previous updates. The OTA for North America will also come second half of the year (seriously long overdue)

Park Assist plus does not work on older ID.3s but would work on ID.4.
3. New Travel Assist: First, lane assist will become more smooth and gentle. Additional features are Auto lane change is added now to the ID families. You only need to blink and the car does change the lane automatically (while showing cars around in the HUD and driver display).Travel Assist now uses Swarm data. Every MEB car including electric cars, egolf, Golf GTE, etc, will share data to VW cloud. The data includes data recording of the road, and speed of the user and the location of the vehicle. When other cars come they can use these data. For example if there is no line on the road, it will mimic the behavior of the previous drivers and will drive or maneuver in similar pattern (details of this is not discussed). This will work on complex situations such as sharp turns and roundabouts.Additionally, the lane centering can now have favorite. If you are interested to drive a little bit right or left side of your lane, you can teach the lane centering to do that (by rejecting its command to steer you to fully center of your lane and push it to where you want it to be).
4. Better voice control. Now it has 95% success rate (you can say it in natural way and not specific way.)
5. New info in HUD and Driver display (including showing percentage state of charge)
6. The ID e-route planner, is finally updated. You can set the state of charge at arrival, during and at the destination as constraint. You can also set where you want to charge (e.g., IONITY) and it is now properly function.
7. Peak charging change from 125 to 135 and for GTX it goes to 150KWh.
8. The app WeConnect ID is updated, but the new features only activates in cars with V3.0 software.
There is also a German channel which talked about Software V3.0 here : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtrKmMGawrA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtrKmMGawrA)
