I think it looks nice and has decent power. Range could be better but I think it would work well for me (50-80 miles a day driving and almost never above 100 miles in a day; we also have my wife’s hybrid highlander for road trips so range isn’t all that important to me).
Why do Toyota and Lexus insist on designing their cars to be so polarizing?
Also… They put the headlight controls on the steering yoke?
Also also… They just stopped designing the interior before they got to the doors? And then they put the memory seat controls where the headlight controls would have gone because the doors weren’t “non-designed” enough?
Bad car design really fires me up.
EDIT: Looks like the US model will be getting a wheel and stalks. Point still stands.
>Lexus is launching the RZ 450e with a single powertrain – 308bhp (201bhp front, 107bhp rear) and 435Nm of torque. The firm claims that’s enough to take the car from 0-62mph in 5.6 seconds, and on to a top speed of 99mph. The battery capacity is 71.4kWh, enough for more than 250 miles of range between charges; Lexus says it is targeting a kWh/100km figure of “below 18”, equating to at least 3.4 miles per kWh.
This sounds decent. Not earth-shattering by any stretch, but competitive enough in its class. I’m looking forward to seeing some real-world reviews.

It looks nice enough but theres too many SUVs around now. How about some more sedans or hatchbacks?

Was expecting range to be more than the Bz4x not less…
I like the car but the battery capacity could be better.
It’s okay for day to day usage, but if you have any road trips its not ideal.
But in general i like that it looks like it has enough space inside.
