Another place that needs to invest in charging stations (just 110V outlets, really) are long-term parking garages in airports and/or other such facilities.
Funnily enough all the supercharger locations in France are at hotels (at east on my recent trip through the country every single one was).v So not just L2 but full blown DC fastcharging with 8 stalls minimum.
They seem to have figured that people charging will at the very least stop by for coffee, maybe a meal…and, of course, if you have a Tesla then that’s a pretty big reason to select one of those hotels for your stay.

One place we stayed has a 110V outlet at the light poles. At least they are thinking about EVs.
