Let’s say I put down 500$ on a Ioniq 5 reservation in March 2022 but only have it delivered next year (after the April first 2022 deadline). Do I get a $8000 rebate or $7000? I technically have a a sales contract dated prior to the change.

I apologize, I missed some details.
Provincial Rebate for full Evs reduced from $8000 to $7000 (this is on top of the $5000 federal rebate)
Rebate for PHEV reduced from $8000 to $5000.
Rebate for used Evs reduced from $4000 to $3500.
But still substantial sums of money are are fixed for another 5 years.
