I doubt many people were willing to buy a $13,260 (list price) replacement battery for a $10,000 used EV.

no! not their compliance ev that costs 15k and is being phased out. gm must be so dumb. i mean, designing a whole new EV platform and then phasing out the really really old one that nobody buys. what are they thinking? mary barra sucks, ev1, bolt fire and stuff.
