In 29 years, really?
Isn’t this meaningless? Next president could just issue an order saying all federal vehicles need to be coal powered. Unless they are taking immediate action it’s not going to accomplish anything.
Don’t get me wrong, I want to see this happen. But if this is a step in the right direction, it is a small one.
