Electric Ranger! Only a few thousand were made for fleet use, and few have survived. There were also a handful of electric Chevy S-10 pickups in the ’90s too. Both would be great candidates for replacement lithium batteries.
The charging spot is not marked. Also, the Ranger could have pulled in front first and ran the cable behind the red truck. That truck could pull the cable out when it leaves.

I can’t be mad about this one. The cord reaches and there’s no markings at all. Pretty good odds the truck owner didn’t even notice the charger.
